CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF A PRODUCT?
Yes, in addition, the first size change is free (*) (subject to compliance with the conditions described below, as well as those listed in our Guarantees section).
Changes or returns of customised and/or used products are not accepted unless a manufacturing defect is evident in the product or in the customisation.
(*) Valid for Peninsular Spain.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If you want to exchange or return a product you'll need to follow these steps:
- Log into https://www.futbolemotion.com/eu
- Click on "View my profile"
- In the section "My orders", on the left menu of your user account, click on the magnifying glass of the order you want to exchange or return.
- Once you have clicked on it, you'll be able to see the information of the order.
- Click on the exchange and return link and follow the steps to complete your request.
If you want to exchange a product, you will have to request a return and make a new purchase with the product you want.
Remember that if you want to carry out an exchange/refund, the expenses related to the return of the parcel will be at your cost.
TEAMSPORTS EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:
It will be considered a personalized product, the one that bears the club's crest, name, number, and or initials.
CAN I CHANGE/RETURN THE SIZE OF A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT?
No.
Can I change/return the size of a non-personalized product?
- Yes. As long as the product is with the original label and packaging, being suitable for its new sale just like any other order.
- The exchange/return will always be made from the user account from which the customer made the purchase.
- Exchange/return is not allowed in physical stores.
