Several years ago, adidas launched a silo that delighted many people because it combined natural leather, a modern plate, and had a tongue... yes, a boot with a tongue. These boots were none other than the Copa Gloro, which we finally have back in our shop windows.
This comeback is fantastic, as it brings us a classic boot in every way, at a really reasonable price and with the quality of materials that adidas is known for. The upper combines synthetic and natural leather, with a modification to the stitching compared to the previous generation. Instead of being linear, as in the adidas Copa Mundial, the stitching is criss-crossed, very similar to what we see in the current adidas Copa football boots.
Continuing with the upper, these cross stitches are replicated on the tongue that covers the laces, which has been modified with a little more padding and a pair of scissors in case you want to cut it off. Personally, before doing that, enjoy the tongue, use it, mould it, and you'll see how you won't even think about removing it. It's a hallmark of adidas football boots that those of us who are nostalgic are thrilled to have back.
The rest of the upper remains the same as in the previous model, with a counter at the outer heel, as in the Copa, as well as a synthetic lining that helps to make it comfortable in all situations. As for the sole, we have the classic Copa Gloro sole, with conical studs that are suitable for practically any playing surface.

In conclusion, we have a formidable boot that is a real bargain for the price. For just under €100, we have a natural leather boot that is very comfortable and adapts to all kinds of situations. A great move by adidas, which is of course already available on the Futbol Emotion website.
