Yes, in addition, the first size change is free (*) (subject to compliance with the conditions described below, as well as those listed in our Guarantees section).
Changes or returns of customised and/or used products are not accepted unless a manufacturing defect is evident in the product or in the customisation.
The period for us to process your exchange or return is at least 5 working days from the moment your shipment arrives at our facilities. Once the merchandise has been checked, we will inform you immediately.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you want to return a product you'll need to follow these steps:

- Click on 'View my profile'
- Under '[HREF_ALBARANES]My orders[HREF_END]', on the left menu of your user account, click on the 'Return' button. Once you've clicked on it, you'll see the information related to your order.
- Click on the return link and follow the steps to complete your request.
If you want to make an exchange for another product, you will have to request a return and make a new purchase with the product you want.
Remember that if you want to carry out an exchange/refund, the expenses related to the return of the parcel will be at your cost.

Can I change/return the size of a non-personalized product?
- Yes. As long as the product is with the original label and packaging, being suitable for its new sale just like any other order.
- The exchange/return will always be made from the user account from which the customer made the purchase.
- Exchange/return is not allowed in physical stores.
