The participation period will be from 11/29/21 to 12/05/21
3. Free of charge
The participation in the contest is free.
4. Legitimacy to participate
The contest is aimed to all individuals of legal age. Workers, partners or first-degree relatives of workers of Porteromanía, S.L. will not be eligible for the award. Each person may participate only once.
5. Description of the prize
The prize consists of a pair of adidas X boots signed by Lionel Messi.
6. Mechanics of participation
Each participant will obtain a unique registration number per participation. Only one entry per user is allowed. Among all the participants who register in the contest, a raffle will be held where 1 winner and 2 alternates will be chosen. In no case may the value of the prize be exchanged for cash or for any other prize. Fútbol Emotion reserves the right to delete any record of participation.
7. Notification of the prize-winner
The winner will be contacted by e-mail within 10 days after the end of the draw.
8. Deadlines for applying for the prize
The maximum deadline to confirm the award is 10 days after the award is announced, in case the winner cannot be contacted, the award will go to an alternate participant.
9. Control of participations and fraudulent participations
For the control of participations and to ensure the correct operation and equality of possibilities for all participants, the following is stipulated: Only one registration per person and email is allowed. In the event that any type of anomaly is detected or it is suspected that a participant is preventing the normal development of the contest through any technical and/or computerized procedure, or in any other way breaching the rules of this contest, Porteromanía, S.L. reserves the right to remove from the contest registry any participant who evidences or suspects an irregular performance.
10. Data Protection
In compliance with the provisions of Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and its Development Regulations, participants are informed that Porteromanía, S.L. respects and protects the privacy of its users. The User who registers at www.futbolemotion.com and does not wish to receive the commercial communications that Porteromanía, S.L. could send them, can indicate this in the user account area. The User may not, on the other hand, choose not to receive other communications from Porteromanía, S.L., since sending them is necessary for the maintenance of the service.
11. Image rights
The winner of legal age authorizes the organizing company to reproduce and use his/her name, surname, address and image in any publicity-promotional activity related to the contest in which he/she has been the winner, without such use conferring the right to remuneration. or any benefit except for the delivery of the prize won. In the event that the winner is a minor, he/she must be authorized by his/her legal guardians to participate in this contest and to be able to publish their data in case of being awarded.

Potential participants are informed that the simple fact of participating in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.
