The Spanish football clásico is just round the corner… How about we build up to the match with a prediction game? The winner can choose either the official FC Barcelona or Real Madrid jersey as a prize.
Barcelona go into El Clásico with the La Liga title all but decided, but Real Madrid will be keen to avenge their defeat in the first leg. So the result, as is always the case in these matches, is completely up in the air.
CONTEST PROCEDURES.
To be in with a chance of winning the prize, you must leave these two predictions in the comments section of this post:
- Match result (remember that the first digit corresponds to FC Barcelona as they are playing at home).
- The make of boots worn by the player who scores the first goal (if the goal is scored with a part of the body other than the foot, the goal will be attributed to the boots worn by that player).
We’ll hold a prize draw amongst all correct entries on the Soloporteros Periscope profile on Tuesday the 5th at 12:00 (Spanish time).

CONTEST RULES.
- To post a comment, you must be a registered subscriber to the website www.soloporteros.com.
- Votes cast after the kick-off time (8.30 pm Spanish time) will not be accepted.
- Only one vote per participant will be accepted. When selecting the winner, we will check that they have voted only once. If they have cast more than one vote, we will select another winner.
- Sometimes players change their boots without prior notice. Should any player wear boots in El Clásico other than those we have suggested, and should they score a goal, we will attribute the goal to the boots suggested by Soloporteros.
- The winner will be drawn live via Soloporteros’ Periscope on Tuesday the 5th at 12.00 (Spanish time).
- Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for cash.
- The competition is open to anyone residing in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.
