New adidas X SpeedFlow
Straight from the world of speed, the German brand presents a special edition featuring the colours of the iconic running shoes of the same name, which have revolutionised the world of running, just as the SpeedFlow has done in the world of football.
The green, white and dark blue colours give them a simply stunning look, and they’re the exact same colours we see on the running model. The laced version of the adidas X Speedflow.1 boots is also available and features slight variations in colour, with the three stripes in a very striking green and a more prominent white.
This essence of speed is evident in every detail, and the boots will only be worn by selected players, as this is a limited edition and there are not many pairs available. One such player, who embodies the electric speed that characterises this model, is full-back Achraf Hakimi.
From a technical standpoint, the adidas X SpeedFlow remains unchanged, retaining the Primeknit upper that ensures the comfort this model is known for. It also features the SpeedFrame technology in the outsole, which incorporates a carbon fibre plate – or ‘Carbitex’ – delivering unquestionable energy return, just as we see in its running counterpart, with both models likely offering the best energy return on the market.
