I few months ago adidas released the new generation of the F50 which has become the most atractive silo from the German brand thanks to all the special editions we've seen.
The latest edition uses the color green as the main color of the upper. The agresive Solar Green color. The ghost graphic is still present in both sides of the upper.
For those of you who still do not know the technologies implemented on this boot, I'm going to give you a short review with the important details. We are going to start with the main element of a boot: the upper. It features the HybridTouch material, a synthetic microfiber that is fighting to feel like natural leather but without its defects: weight and water absorption. And to achieve the fantastic grip that we do get with natural leather, the new generation of the adizero F50 adds a silicone material called dribbletex that will go all around the upper.
The heel area is another important aspect of this boot, first of all because the SprintFrame has disappeared, something that can be traumatic for the fans of this silo. But I can ensure that with the new minimalist intern heel counter you will forget about the technology adidas used in the adizero from 2010 to 2015. And for the aesthetics what adidas has done is move the three characteristic stripes to the back heel and we no longer will find it in the lateral sides.
And last but not least. It's not an element that receives too much attention but, when it comes to a boot that is made to make you explode your seed, it's really important that you have good traction on the race. That is why one of the updates of this new generation is the SpeedStud pattern. Featuring the Traxion 2.0 studs, adidas has placed only three studs in the heel area and has reinforced the plate, in the forefoot area, by adding extra traction studs to the center.
