I haven't received the refund for an order which, supposedly, they tried to deliver to me. I was only notified via Gmail that it was at a collection point. There was no attempt to call me by the courier nor any delivery attempt, as there were people at home at the time the delivery was supposedly attempted. Now I am not getting any response from the company. Not very recommendable for me and my close circle. I am still waiting for a response.

Be careful with these people. I bought these boots for my son and they lasted two training sessions. They split open at the seam between the sole and the boot. I sent them an email about the problem and they haven't taken responsibility, even though it's clear that the boots are defective. I do not recommend buying boots from this supplier, and I was even a customer of theirs. Terrible after-sales service.
