Compré la camiseta personalizada, la talla recomendada para la altura y peso de mi hijo es 158cm, pido una talla más la 164cm, cuando llega, resulta que el tallaje es infantil, al abrirla ya se ve que es muy pequeña, la comparo con otras dos que tengo de la misma talla y la misma marca Adidas y resulta que sí, es más pequeña, y el número por detrás es enorme como si la camiseta fuera una falsificación mal hecha, reclamo justificando con fotos que el tallaje es error de fábrica y me responden con evasivas, ¡van directos a la oficina del consumidor! Es una estafa y un error que no tiene que correr por parte del cliente, si el tallaje es incorrecto, se hace la devolución y ellos lo notifican a sus proveedores.

Commentaire très négatif dans la mesure où j’ai passé la commande de ce maillot personnalisé 5 semaines avant Noël. J’ai reçu le maillot après Noël sans personnalisation car soi-disant Futbol emotion avait un problème avec leur personnalisation mais je vois sur leur site, la personnalisation est toujours proposée à titre gratuit. Enfin lorsqu’on communique avec le sav, les réponses restent toujours très vagues. Grosse déception.
