I received the order in Tenerife, and the boots were too small for my son. I have been waiting for more than 6 days for someone to help me with the return. By mistake, the return was set to be sent by post and I DO NOT WANT to send them by post, I want to use the same courier company and I have been trying for 6 days to get someone to help me change this and send me the QR paper, and nothing, 6 days with more than 10 different emails and no replies, nothing, nobody answers me and nobody helps me, the support is unworkable and after 3 attempts in the chat, each with more than 30 minutes waiting, nobody speaks. This is terrible and my son is left without boots.
