    We bought these boots for my son. He used them in the first training session and had to take them off because they caused terrible chafing on both ankles, resulting in wounds and heavy bleeding. All because they have a thick plastic part on the inside of the heel/ankle. And since the shop's policy is that they do not accept returns if the product has been used (how could we know this was going to happen without trying the product?), we are stuck. My son has been playing football since he was 4 years old and is now 16, and nothing like this has ever happened to him with any other boots from any brand, and he has never had to change boots. This is already the third pair of Puma boots I have bought because he loved the previous two. But he can't bear these because of the pain. So, much to our regret, we will have to take the boots to a cobbler to see if they can fix the problem, since they do not accept returns if the product has been used, even just once.
