Terrible experience. When I arrived at the shop, I clearly explained to the salesperson what I needed and followed their recommendations to make sure the football boots and shirt would arrive in time for my son's birthday, as it was something very important to us. I went 15 days in advance precisely to avoid any problems.
However, on the very day the order was supposed to arrive, I was contacted to be told that the boots would not arrive and that the shirt was also not available as we had ordered it. I am very disappointed by the lack of organisation and commitment.
Now my son's birthday will be quite sad, because that was the only thing he had asked for and he was really excited about it.
