Nike Lamine Yamal FC Barcelona Home Kit 2025-2026 Jersey

We have been using Futbol Emocion for years and bought several pairs of elite boots from them and countless football shirts. This month I ordered a football shirt with player personalisation. I had the package delivered to an InPost locker as I can’t trust the spanish post and it arrived when I was on holiday. No problem. Got a family member to pick it up and I opened it 5 days after delivery. When I opened it I noticed on the back a burn hole. You can also see the burn mark on the letter R and 110% this has been done in the printing process by a team member. I contacted Futbol Emocion who then proceeded to flatly refuse to send me a replacement. Apparently they have a 48 hr policy to report a problem?! Really? How legit is that? And at Christmas?!! Unreasonable. And even more so when the fault was of their own. So I have a 110€ shirt with a burn and now I will never use them ever again. Don’t USE THIS COMPANY. In such a competitive market they feel they can provide terrible customer service and con customers. It’s very easy to use someone else. I should have read the reviews, I didn’t. VERY VERY POOR. I have actually opened a case with my credit card due to their lack of correspondence and help.
