    One of the studs came off in less than a month and used by a 13-year-old boy weighing 49kg. A month later, I am still waiting for Puma through Futbol Emotion to take responsibility. Bad boots and even worse response service from both the brand and the store. When you pay certain amounts, you expect certain answers, quick and specific.

    Darei 0 stelle, mi è stato venduto in negozio un prodotto di pessima qualità. Dopo solo 1 giorno i lacci hanno iniziato a sfilacciarsi e dopo sole 3 settimane le scarpe si sono rotte lateralmente. Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti, ma hanno risposto con scuse che non stanno né in cielo né in terra. Un prodotto di questa fascia, con questo prezzo, non può rompersi dopo essere stato utilizzato per così poco tempo...

    It's a very light boot, the only fault it has is the shape of the boot, in which half a size makes all the difference between being too tight and too big
