This is one of those packs that we love because it is full of possibilities. In general, if you like white football boots, this is the pack for you, as all the American brand's silos are dyed white, with subtle touches of different colours that make the looks even more impressive.
The name of the Tri-Aura pack is featured in all the details of the boots, as it appears on both the heel counter and the tongue, which speaks volumes about New Balance's attention to detail. That said, and with the colours and details clear, let's talk about the boots.
New Balance Tekela
The first thing we need to mention is that there will be two versions of the New Balance Tekela in this tri-aura pack: a knit version, which is the best known, and a natural leather version for those of you looking for an even more classic touch. New Balance listens to its footballers.
The rest of the boot is simply brilliant; it has been one of our favourites throughout the last year. It is extremely comfortable thanks to the width of the last and its internal heel counter, which secures the heel to the base very well, giving us a feeling of perfect stability.
Of course, it is a laceless boot which, in the knit version, is covered with the famous Kinetich Stich, which gives us great grip without being overly aggressive. However, if we want a more classic touch, the leather version will be a better option.
The sole features semi-conical studs, which are ideal for both natural turf and state-of-the-art artificial turf, as they are not too large. In conclusion, this is a fantastic boot in every respect.
New Balance Furon
We continue with New Balance's fastest boot, which is a different alternative to what we have in other brands. In this case, we have a slightly more structured upper, which is also made of knit fabric and features Fitwave technology, which hugs the foot and gives us that compressive, ‘touch’ sensation that we don't get in other speed football boots and that many players demand. A real success.
Of course, if you want even more touch or a greater grip, there is a natural leather version, which is simply brilliant and not something you see in all brands.
The sole is perhaps the best part of the boot, as it is very well crafted and provides aggressive, stable traction, typical of speed football boots, but with shorter studs. This allows us to be closer to the ground and have a more versatile boot, as, like the Tekela, we can use it on the latest generation of artificial turf pitches without any problems. A serious alternative in the fastest football boots.
New Balance 442
We conclude this tri-aura pack with New Balance's most classic and recently released model, the second version of the NB 442.
A classic natural leather model that offers excellent value for money. Natural leather, a great fit, and a finely crafted sole for a boot that costs just over €100.
And that concludes our review of the New Balance tri-aura pack, a pack featuring knit boots and leather boots, all dyed white, with unquestionable performance. These boots offer outstanding performance, and now we have no excuse not to try them out.
