New boots for Leo Messi ‘Prestig10’

This new special model for the Argentinian star takes inspiration from past versions of the Adidas F50. Let's take a closer look at them.

The adidas Tune-it was one of the most popular boots on courts around the world between 2007 and 2009. One of the players who started to stand out in this period was none other than Leo Messi.

Well, after a long journey, Adidas has brought us a new F50 for Leo, with all the aesthetics of the legendary Adidas F50 TUNES. There have been many colourways and transparent designs before, but this time we opted for a grey base with red, black and white details — colours that are very much to the taste of Adidas.

The boot itself is full of details. For example, Messi's name is engraved on one side — something that wasn't present in previous versions — as well as black lines that symbolise Leo's transcendence and legacy in the world of football. The insole is also engraved with Leo's name, and the classic M is featured on the heel and outsole. Quite a combination.

In terms of technical specifications, Leo's specifications are available to all and include the slightly softer Hybridtouch casing, which has added grip thanks to the new weave provided by the side lines.

We have the classic Messi tongue on all of his boots, as well as on the sole of the current F50. This is one of the most popular soles at the moment, offering a good balance of traction and comfort.

And so far, the new Leo Messi boot is a special edition full of details that take us back to the Argentinian star's beginnings. We can only be grateful that we finally have the chance to try a pair of boots that embody Messi's style.
