New Paul Pogba's exclusive edition boots

Pogba’s new adidas Predator boots have been a long time coming, but they’re finally here. The sixth edition of the exclusive collection from the quintessential Predator footballer, Paul Pogba, has at last arrived. This time, it’s inspired by elegance at its finest, always seeking to attract attention in a discreet way.

Paul Pogba’s new football boots were unveiled as the centrepiece of the sixth instalment in his football boot series. It is clear that the Manchester United player has been heavily involved in the design of this collection; as we have seen in previous collections, every exclusive model created for him by adidas bears the unmistakable Pogba stamp.

adidas Predator 19+ Season 6 Paul Pogba

The differences are striking when comparing this to the standard adidas Predator 19+ model, which can be found in the current Encryption Pack collection. We are, of course, referring to the aesthetic aspect, as the functional aspects remain unchanged. We can see how the elegance of the black colour blends with the bright, eye-catching colours. This is precisely what the player who wears the French national team’s jersey has sought to convey: a balance in his style of play – elegance, but with that touch of daring, drawing just a little attention – something that is entirely characteristic of Paul Pogba.

Focusing on the colours, we can see pink and purple accents emerging from the sole of this Predator 19, as if seeking to take centre stage. All of this flows up to the adidas ‘three stripes’, which shimmer all the way up to the upper with brilliant iridescent details. Paul Pogba’s logo (PP) features prominently on the dark purple upper, creating an elegant look worthy of a true World Champion.

Technical features: adidas Predator 19+

If there’s one thing that sets this adidas Predator apart, it’s its superb upper, crafted from Primeknit and combined with Controlskin to enhance ball touch. One feature that has been a hit ever since its return a couple of years ago is the Predator Element, which features lightweight layers of foam in a 3D structure to enhance every shot you take.

The outsole features the hugely popular Controlframe, combining conical and laminated studs to offer maximum grip during all your movements, as well as preventing unnecessary twisting. The outsole also incorporates adidas’ Boost technology in the midsole to provide some of the best cushioning on the market with every step.

We couldn’t overlook the fit provided by this redesigned collar and the aggressive heel counter, which combine with the fantastic strike this boot delivers, as it has no laces whatsoever. An exceptional model.
