The latest generations of Puma Future football boots have been excellent and highly recommended, even in their mid-range. Now we have a new evolution that maintains the essence of the previous models but with slight modifications

Firstly, the boot retains the shape and distribution of the old Future models, so in that sense there is no change in the concept or style of the boot. This upgrade focuses on modifying the existing parts and giving us new sensations in each of them.

The zigzag line that we see running across the side of the boot is Puma's new PWR-TAPE technology. This technology is based on the fact that this strip, which has some structure, helps to hug the foot better and provides a better fit, giving us much more stability when we put it on.

The key to this, however, is also found inside, where the inner layer of the central area has been modified with ‘Fusionfit+’, providing greater support as it is slightly more rigid and stable than its predecessor. This is an alternative well worth considering, especially if you plan to use them without laces.

As for the front of the boot, we once again have microfibre, which is very soft and comfortable with enough space for the toes, but with slightly less foam than in previous versions. In terms of grip in this area, we no longer have those areas with ‘spikes’, but rather the entire area has a layer that gives us grip with the ball. It is noticeable, but not excessively so; here it is a matter of personal preference, friends.

Finally, speaking of the sole, we have moved away from semi-conical studs and switched to laminated studs on the same Dynamic Motion System base. These studs are somewhat long but provide good traction and stability in all directions. More aggressive than they appear, they will appeal to those looking for fast, aggressive and stable traction.

All in all, we have a new edition that is still perfect for wide feet, comfortable and with excellent grip, adapting to all foot types and remaining a fantastic choice. Neymar Jr's football boots are still at the top of their game.
