The Puma Rush Pack

Puma’s new boots are already on the best pitches in Europe. Once again, the German brand is making a splash with a new collection, just in time for the Champions League. Puma certainly doesn’t do anything without a reason, so come along with us to discover the new Rush Pack from Puma Football.

New Puma football boots for the start of the Champions League. Europe’s premier club competition is kicking off, and it’s time to pull out all the stops to start the year on a strong note and show the world that Puma is one of the big names. We see this with the Spanish league ball, we see it in the brand’s flurry of signings of world-class footballers, and even in special editions, such as Griezmann’s newly launched football boots.

Without risk, there is no greatness. In recognition of the masterful players who take risks on the pitch, who believe in their own abilities and go beyond the conventional – that’s what Puma players are like – and in honour of their approach to modern football, Puma is launching the Rush Pack boot collection.

The Rush collection celebrates that boundless burst of energy that boosts performance at the start of the season; the dynamism, speed and skill of its players as they move fluidly across the pitch. The new Puma football boots are a pure burst of energy that allows players to play fearlessly and without limits. A vibrant ‘Yellow Alert’ colour scheme – the same one used on Antoine Griezmann’s exclusive boots – stands out against the black background, symbolising the surge of energy players feel as they move fluidly across the pitch.

The PUMA FUTURE RUSH will be worn on the football pitch by Antoine Griezmann, Luis Suárez and Marco Reus, whilst Sergio Agüero and Romelu Lukaku will wear the PUMA ONE RUSH boots.

PUMA FUTURE 4.1 RUSH PACK

A 100% customisable boot that adapts seamlessly to any foot shape – I have absolutely no doubt that this is one of the best boots of the current generation. The upper features a dramatic change in design and layout compared to its predecessor. The wavy lines of the Future 19.1 have disappeared, replaced by a square-patterned design that extends across the upper of this Future 4.1. It combines two types of material: the signature textile and, over it, Netfit technology – the mesh that covers virtually the entire instep. A new layer is attached to this upper section to ensure optimal ball contact and the durability of the mesh, known as the 3D Havoc Frame. This new technology, incorporated into the areas most frequently struck by the ball in the form of grooves, serves a dual purpose: firstly, to provide additional grip, delivering more spin and touch. Secondly, it ensures effective water drainage in adverse weather conditions. The new fabric used for the collar is the new evoKNIT PRO, which is far more adaptable, durable and flexible. One of the key objectives of the Puma Future football boot is lightness; to this end, they have incorporated a reactive Pebax plate, featuring RapidAgility technology, with stabilising bars across the instep and a combination of laminated and conical studs to provide the necessary traction for players of the calibre of Griezmann or Luis Suárez.

PUMA ONE 5.1 RUSH PACK

This new Puma One 5.1 was first unveiled exclusively for the players who took part in the recent Women’s World Cup in France – a pack released solely for them, in honour of that moment. Now, in this Rush Pack, the Puma One football boot is available to the general public – a unisex boot featuring an all-new upper that combines stability and touch with an aggressive, eye-catching asymmetrical design, complemented by the rest of the boot, which is crafted from synthetic microfibre and Puma’s ‘Evoknit’. The ultra-lightweight SPRINTWEB technology is specifically designed to provide the player with better lateral support, as well as improved stabilisation for the foot and heel, without adding any extra weight to the boot.
