Colour in football boots

Although it may seem a purely aesthetic issue, The colour of our boots is really important and also one of the details that brands study the most before releasing a product.

In the early days of football, everything was black boots and white soles, something that faded out at the end of the 90s with brands such as Joma, Nike, adidas and many others, giving way to colour in football boots. We always say that when it comes to football boots, apart from the technologies that accompany each model, the most important thing is the sensations that they convey and in this respect, my friends, colour is of the utmost importance.

We all know that the colours we see around us give us different feelings: red makes us feel more aggressive or faster, while blue and green make us feel more calm and relaxed. So it is no coincidence that players like Cristiano Ronaldo always wear boots with bright or flashy colours on their feet, because as Max Blau (Nike's vice-president) told us, "black colours make him feel slow and he wants to feel fast".

That is why all our boots and packs have designs and colours that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also designed to give us a feeling that will help us on the pitch.

So you may ask yourself... are red boots faster? If I buy black boots will I be slower? NOT AT ALL! Colours don't change the way you play. So to get the best performance and the best feel, simply choose the COLOUR YOU LIKE MOST. If you see something you like on your feet all the time, you will feel better and more comfortable on the pitch.

In conclusion, the colour of the boots is important because it will give us the sensations we are looking for in every match and training session. So, once you have found the model that best suits your characteristics, choose the colour you like best, it doesn't matter if it's pink, green, white, blue or all black, the important thing is that it's the one you prefer.

Luckily at Futbolemotion we have all these colours and many fantastic combinations so you can have them.  So tell us, what is your favourite colour for football boots?
