    The boots have cracked in the instep area within a month. I am disappointed because I am sure they won't exchange them for me. If they don't exchange them, it will be the last time I buy from Futbol Emotion.

    Hello, I think the website doesn't handle the product exchange process very well. I wanted to exchange my boots for a bigger size, which is an option, but when I tried to request the other size it was very limited. If you left and went back to the website, all the sizes were available, which I don't understand. I had to buy the new size again and return the other one, which is quite disappointing.
