Fifteen days after starting to train with them, they began to open up at the toe. We requested an exchange for the boots; sometimes defective products are sent out and that's normal. They didn't give us any trouble. We sent the boots and they received them within 2 working days, but 7 days later, we still haven't received the new item. However, if you buy new ones, they ship and deliver urgently the next day. We've written to them several times to request information and explain that we need them urgently, as they're training with borrowed boots, but we've had no news. It's a shame, because the product is comfortable, but the exchange policy leaves a lot to be desired.

Very uncomfortable boots, my son got blisters on both little toes, when you step they crease and hurt you, I have the same model and they hurt me too but only on my left foot, if you like to wear tight boots forget it, the laces dig into your instep and give you chafing, all this while always using trusox,
