I ordered some boots for in-store pickup and when they called me to collect them, I went and they told me they couldn't find them and had to refund me because they had sold them to another customer. The boots I had paid for and ordered in advance were taken by another user. The staff didn't want to take responsibility and justified themselves by saying that another colleague had put them away and was on a break. In the end, they couldn't find them and I had to buy others on the official Adidas website, which was much better.
