Today’s post will be a little different from the usual ones. We’ll put boots and gloves to one side to talk directly about football, particularly Serie A, which has finally returned and which we can enjoy again every weekend. What will we be discussing today? We’ll analyse three key aspects: the summer transfer market, make some predictions for the season and, finally, review who we believe are the best players in each position and the sports equipment they use.
SUMMER TRANSFERS
For several years now, the Italian market has been one of the most attractive in European football. Since Cristiano Ronaldo’s arrival in Turin, many players have decided to try their luck in Italy and experience competing in Serie A, something that has undoubtedly benefited the league. This season, Italian clubs have strengthened their squads exceptionally well. Andrea Pirlo’s Juventus re-signed Álvaro Morata, a striker highly sought after by both the Italian manager and Cristiano Ronaldo to complete the Bianconeri’s attack. Furthermore, Arthur Melo arrived from FC Barcelona, along with Weston McKennie and the young talent Dejan Kulusevski, to rejuvenate and strengthen the midfield. A virtually perfect transfer window that has further increased the league’s competitiveness.
Inter Milan also made some very interesting signings. Antonio Conte’s side bolstered their midfield with Arturo Vidal, brought back Ivan Perišić following his loan spell, and added Achraf Hakimi, one of the fastest and most promising full-backs on the international scene.
For their part, AC Milan managed to keep Zlatan Ibrahimović, the true leader of the Rossoneri project, and added young talents such as Brahim Díaz and Sandro Tonali, one of the most sought-after players in that transfer window.
In addition, other notable names arrived, such as Pedro Rodríguez at Roma and Victor Osimhen at Napoli, players who undoubtedly helped raise the overall standard of the competition.

PREDICTIONS
In this section, we’ll tell you how we think this league will end; obviously, this is just our personal opinion, so let us know in the comments section what you think about it.
Let’s start with the top of the table, which will be occupied by the usual suspects: first up, Pirlo’s Juventus, the best-equipped side, who will nevertheless need to be wary of Conte’s Inter, whom we’ll place in second spot, followed immediately by Lazio and then Napoli; in Europe, we’ll then see Atalanta and Milan. Let’s move on to the thorny issue: relegation. We have Spezia, Crotone and Parma. Let’s now turn to the best defence and the best attack, which will be Inter and Atalanta, just like last season. The top scorer title will go to CR7 and the best goalkeeper in the league will be Donnarumma.

THE BEST PLAYERS
Now let’s take a look at the four lines and see who the best players are for each position.
Let’s start with the goalkeeper position, where Donnarumma and Szczesny are vying for the spot, but this year it will go to Milan’s very young goalkeeper, who wears adidas – both in his football boots (the adidas Predator+) and his goalkeeper gloves, also from the Predator range. Moving on to defence, where we find a surprise: a young player who has been at the centre of the transfer market and has been targeted by many teams. We’re talking about the young Fiorentina player Milenkovic, who wears the Puma One from the Rise pack; we’ll see if he switches to the Ultra or the Future. The best midfielder, meanwhile, will be Luis Alberto, Inzaghi’s assist man who puts his teammates Immobile or Correa in scoring positions every Sunday; let’s see how he continues to wear a previous edition of the adidas X. Finally, let’s talk about the best striker, a title that will go to CR7 with so many goals, Juve’s aerial threat who, obviously, wears the Mercurial.
