As always, it is important to remember that we are in the final stages of the European Championship, as the competition as such begins with the qualifying stages. After a tough group stage, we finally have the 24 teams that will play in Euro 2024.

The competition will be divided into a number of groups, which will then lead to play-offs in the style we have come to expect from similar competitions. The first game will be played on Friday 14th June 2024 with the opening match between Germany and Scotland

The matches will be played in various venues across Germany, which is hosting the tournament and therefore prevented the German national team from playing in the qualifying phase. Among the venues we will see some very mythical stadiums such as Bayern Munich, Bayern Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund

It is expected to be a big tournament with several teams starting as favourites, but the reality is that this type of tournament is always full of surprises, such as Greece in 2004.

Goals, excitement and passion are what we expect from the tournament, especially if Spain and Germany, who have won the most tournaments with three each, finally take the step to the top. Not to mention France, with Mbappe and Griezmann continuing to show what they can do, Belgium with the likes of De Bruyne and England with the likes of Harry Kane, Foden and Saka. A lot of uncertainty in what promises to be a brutal tournament that will surely provide us with an apotheosis of a final on 14th July 2024. Who will win?
