Just over a year ago, SD Huesca, Fútbol Emotion and Nike reached an agreement to kit out the Aragonese club for four seasons. Today, we present SD Huesca's new jersey for next season, an updated take on the historic stripes that the club has worn for so many years.
NEW SD HUESCA JERSEY
The main colours are, unsurprisingly, blue and red. The former acts as a base, a dark and sober colour that will serve as a canvas on which to capture all the details of the new SD Huesca jersey. Red, on the other hand, will be responsible for bringing everything together, painting a series of different stripes that are positioned with the intention of creating a finish that resembles the classic stripes that the club has worn for so many years.
The collar and sleeves feature a new shade of blue that is darker than the rest of the design. Several brands are now working with different shades of blue, a trend that comes from the world of fashion and can be seen in Huesca's new jersey for the 22/23 season.
And from a dark colour, we move on to the lightest of all, white, which will serve to give visibility to the sponsors who help the club to continue growing year after year. These can be found in the centre, with ‘Huesca La Magia’, on the sleeves with 'Cosehisa', and on the lower back with ‘Sommos’, not forgetting the legendary Nike swoosh, which is positioned at the same height as the club crest.
Finally, and as an important detail, in the lower right corner we can read the phrase ‘Urbs Victrix Osca’, a quote that means ‘Huesca, the Victorious City’ and appears on the city's coat of arms. It is a beautiful connection between the club and the city that brings a sense of belonging to SD Huesca's new jersey for the 22/23 season.
