New limited-edition Puma football boots for this harsh winter season. Training sessions are kicking off in the cold and rain, and Puma, aware of the importance of keeping our body temperature just right, is supporting players by offering an alternative to standard football boots. It’s called the Winterised Pack, and although you might think it’s just another boot collection, it stands out thanks to its 200g Thinsulate insulation.

Thinsulate is a non-woven fibre thermal insulator developed by 3M. It is not visible to the naked eye, as it is located beneath the boot’s outer shell. It retains body heat and, thanks to its properties, offers greater comfort than other insulators. It is currently regarded as one of the best materials on the market for retaining body heat in skiwear.
If we bear in mind that football is, after all, a sport and therefore a physical activity, in which the body works and generates heat on its own, Thinsulate is the best thermal insulation you can use to keep out the cold.
This collection once again demonstrates Puma’s expertise, as the brand listens to and stays abreast of the latest trends in the world of football accessories. As we have mentioned on so many occasions, this simply reaffirms that the German brand has started the year by asserting its authority and showing the world that Puma is one of the greats. We see this in the new winter ball for the Spanish La Liga, as well as in the brand’s flurry of signings with world-class footballers, and even in special editions such as the recently launched Puma Future in collaboration with BALR.
It is worth noting that this collection will not be featured on the world’s top pitches, endorsed by the brand’s footballers, as, being a special edition, this is not usually the case.
PUMA FUTURE 4.1 WINTERIZED PACK
A 100% customisable boot that adapts seamlessly to any foot shape – I have absolutely no doubt that this is one of the best boots of the current generation. The shell features a dramatic change in design and layout compared to its predecessor. We see how the wavy lines of the Future 19.1 have disappeared and been replaced by a square-patterned design that extends across the upper of this Future 4.1. Featuring two types of material – the characteristic textile and, over it, Netfit technology, the mesh that covers practically the entire instep – Thinsulate technology, mentioned earlier, is also incorporated. A new layer is attached to this latter section to ensure optimal ball contact, as well as the durability of the mesh known as the 3D Havoc Frame. This new technology, incorporated into the areas most frequently struck by the ball in the form of grooves, serves a dual purpose: firstly, to provide additional grip, delivering more spin and touch. Secondly, it ensures effective water drainage in adverse weather conditions. The new fabric used for the collar is the new evoKNIT PRO, which is far more adaptable, durable and flexible. One of the key objectives of the Puma Future football boot is lightness; to this end, they have incorporated a reactive Pebax plate, featuring RapidAgility technology, with stabilising bars across the instep and a combination of laminated and conical studs to provide the necessary traction for players of Griezmamn or Luis Suárez's calibre
PUMA ONE 5.1 WINTERIZED PACK
This new Puma One 5.1 football boot was first seen exclusively on the players who took part in the recent Women’s World Cup in France – a pack released solely and exclusively for them, in honour of that moment. Now, in this Rush Pack, the Puma One football boot is available to the general public – a unisex boot featuring an all-new upper that combines stability and touch with a striking, aggressive asymmetrical design, complemented by the rest of the boot, which is crafted from synthetic microfibre, Puma’s ‘Evoknit’ and 3M’s Thinsulate. The ultra-lightweight SPRINTWEB technology is specifically designed to provide the player with better lateral support, as well as improved stabilisation for the foot and heel, without adding any extra weight to the boot.
