The original adidas Predator boots were made of natural leather to combine softness with elements that reinforced the strike. Then, as materials used for football boots changed more generally, different concepts were experimented with until the current synthetic material was developed, which offers a good combination of comfort and fit. However, lovers of natural leather have always longed for a Predator made from natural leather, and finally, this special edition has arrived.
We had seen it before in the version that was part of the roteiro pack, but we needed another one with a natural skin finish, and this is it. It has a Fusionskin shell, which is the material seen on the cup, fused with Predator's synthetic material on the back.
This leather is directly bonded to the strikeskin, bringing back those special sensations we had with the leather Predators, with a softer, more cushioned feel, as well as all the grip and touch that the ‘Predator element’ gives us.
The rest of the boot remains unchanged, featuring the same semi-aggressive plate and tongue as the previous two generations. I love the colour combination of red, black and silver, and the 1994 logo makes it simply spectacular. Are you going to miss out?
