Paul Pogba’s new football boots mark the sixth edition of this collaboration between adidas and the French star. The player, who was playing for Manchester United at the time, was directly involved in the design of these boots and the entire collection, following in the footsteps of previous editions, in which his personal touch was evident in every detail.

adidas Predator 19+ Season 6 - Paul Pogba

If we compare this boot with the latest release from adidas in the Encryption Pack collection, we can clearly see the differences we’ve mentioned. That said, we’re talking exclusively about aesthetic changes, as technically these boots are exactly the same as the Predator 19+ from the Encryption Pack. An eye-catching and elegant design that perfectly reflects the style Paul Pogba wanted to convey with his boots.

In terms of design, the focus is on pink and purple, two colours that start at the sole and run up towards the top of the boot. Above these are the traditional adidas three stripes, which feature details in the three shades used in this range. Paul Pogba’s (PP) logo appears on the instep in purple, adding the finishing touch to an elegant and highly recognisable design.

Technical features: adidas Predator 19+

The upper of these adidas Predator 19+ boots is made from Primeknit and features a laceless design. The construction is completed by a layer of Control Skin, designed to improve grip and ball control on contact, and the Predator Element, consisting of internal layers of foam positioned in the striking zones.

In the midsole area, we find the Control Frame plate, which is integrated into the new heel section, where a small padded insert has been incorporated to provide greater comfort and support. There is also a stability ring in the instep and Boost technology, which provides extra comfort.

We conclude this review with the outsole, which features an FG stud configuration with four traction points that provide a balanced footing, both whilst running and during the various movements required to play the perfect pass.
