La Liga football
We’ll start with the new La Liga ball, which was unveiled several weeks ago and which we’ve already reviewed in a special feature. It’s a ball that builds on the legacy of the Spanish league, but with performance and quality that are beyond doubt. A brilliant design choice by Puma, adding a touch of flair to the new La Liga football.
The new Premier League ball has also recently been unveiled – a true technical masterpiece from Nike which, thanks to its new construction, has a much smoother and more direct flight. What’s more, it’s a fast ball with surprising grip, something that goalkeepers will appreciate.
New Sp Goal Zero Knit Goalkeeper gloves
The new gloves from SP have been a real game-changer in recent weeks. Made from a very soft and stretchy knit, they offer one of the best feels we’ve ever experienced in a pair of gloves. The palm features Aquablock, the most grippy material in the entire SP glove range, providing exceptional grip with that snug feel that modern goalkeepers love. A real gem.
New FC Barcelona kit
We’ve also recently seen FC Barcelona’s new kit – a truly innovative design that marks a departure from previous years.
The crest on the front, along with the stripes, make for a jersey that is perfect for the new era ahead for FC Barcelona.
And of course, when talking about shirts for the big clubs, we couldn’t fail to mention Real Madrid’s new kit. A jersey featuring the latest technology from adidas, which gives a clear nod to Madrid and the Cibeles fountain, with those waves visible all over the jersey representing the fountain most cherished by the Whites.
And as if that weren’t enough, with the Euro and the Copa América, we’ve got loads (and I mean loads) of national team jerseys that are sure to delight fans.
All the Euro 2020 and Copa América jerseys feature truly stunning designs, from the Netherlands’ kit to Argentina’s new kit.
Leo Messi's football boots
And in this month of intense competition across the globe, we have Lionel Messi’s new boots, ‘El retorno’. It marks a return to speed for the Argentine, in a design that pays homage to one of the best goals of the number 10’s career – that seemingly endless run as he left one opponent after another in his wake. A special, limited-edition release that’s absolutely mad.
And of course, we also have special boots for Euro 2020, including Cristiano Ronaldo’s new boots.
These boots bring together the quintessential Portuguese colours and feature certain details from previous models, such as the smaller Swoosh and the interplay of white and red. The rest of the boot remains largely unchanged from the original model, but, as we’ve already mentioned, the colour of football boots can sometimes make all the difference – and these new Cristiano Ronaldo boots certainly do.
New Nike Tiempo
And of course, to round off the boots section, we have the new Nike Tiempo, a radical departure from Nike’s touch-focused range, which we’ll be reviewing shortly, but we can already tell you it looks very promising.
And here are the main new arrivals from the last few weeks: boots, gloves, footballs and a few other items, which are, of course, now available on the Fútbol Emotion website.
