Adidas Gamemode pack
adidas is embarking on a journey towards sustainability and environmental protection, and this marks the first clear and decisive step taken by the German brand in its football legacy. The aim is to phase out the use of virgin polyester by 2024 and switch entirely to recycled polyester, as is the case with this Gamemode pack, which is made from 50% recycled polyester.
So, here is an adidas football boot, designed for everyone and perfectly suited to simply slip on and play. This boot features a knit upper, known as Primemesh, which provides an excellent fit whilst remaining very comfortable, in a boot with a slightly wider last than other models from the German brand. As well as a good fit and comfort, this Primemesh has a high-quality inner lining that guarantees a truly excellent touch on the ball – a striking feature of this boot, as whilst it isn’t its main selling point, it certainly holds its own.
The sole features a combination of semi-conical and laminated studs, ensuring durability, good traction and grip on any surface where we wear our adidas Gamemode boots.
These boots aren’t particularly high-cut, and the responsiveness of the midsole is spot on, making them a good choice for first-generation artificial turf as well as dry pitches.
In terms of design, this pack features three exclusive colourways, each with different references to the boots’ origins and concept—which we mentioned at the start of the post—and they’re really striking and eye-catching.
