Nike Motivation Pack!

Football is back. The 21/22 season is about to kick off again, and Nike knows it. Just today, the American brand has launched the new Nike Motivation Pack, which will be worn by all players sponsored by the Swoosh brand, and in this post we’re going to take a closer look at it together – let’s go!

'Motivation Pack' is the name Nike has chosen for its first collection of the 21/22 season – a name brimming with meaning and emotion. Football isn’t what it used to be; it’s no longer a sport of deafening noise and live thrills. Unfortunately, for about a year and a half now, a severe pandemic has made it impossible to enjoy what we love most. But little by little, everything is returning: the chants, celebrating a goal with your mates, the stadium… Nike knows this, and that’s why the slogan for this new pack is ‘Motivation’ – the motivation and mindset we need after so long without what we love most. All of this has been translated into colours and details that we can see in the Nike designs. The three models have changed their colour schemes, featuring a much fresher and more eye-catching design compared to the previous pack. Let’s take a look!

Nike’s speed boots are, without a doubt, the most eye-catching and colourful we’ll see today. Nike has sought to make its lightest boot also the most recognisable on the pitch, giving it a striking fluorescent yellow finish. There are also red and black details that lend the design an even more aggressive look. Finally, Nike has included some very interesting graphics within each Swoosh, featuring the phrase ‘Nike Football’ in every language in the world. In terms of functionality, we still have the classic lightweight, snug-fitting boot we’ve always known.

In the GT model, the design has been completely revamped. The main colours are white and red, whilst yellow and black are secondary. Here too, we find the ‘Nike Football’ detail in different languages within the Swoosh. Minor changes have been made to this model as part of a restyling. Furthermore, the raised patterns across the upper, known as Generative Texture, have been slightly modified to provide better grip when in contact with the ball.

We finish with Nike’s leather boot: the Nike Tiempo Legend 9, a new generation of natural leather football boots. In terms of design, it’s an elegant and fairly simple boot, yet visually very appealing. Once again, white and red take centre stage, with touches of black and yellow. It is, probably, the model that has changed the most in terms of technology and functionality. There is a greater amount of natural leather, which translates into greater comfort. Furthermore, the upper, as in the previous generation, is made of knit, but this time only on the outside and not on the inside, thus making the boot lighter. Finally, the same sole as the previous generation has been retained, as player feedback was very positive.

Remember that you can find all these boots on the Fútbol Emotion website
