    I didn't like the delivery: 1-We went to the football shop. We had to wait more than 5 minutes because there was no one at the till. When the shop assistant finally appeared, she told us that the delivery wasn't at the football shop but at the shop next door, the basketball one. Where did it say that the delivery was at the basketball shop? Are football boots delivered at the basketball shop? Well, that's it, a disgrace and a mess.
