New in: Real Madrid kit

Following their victory in a very unusual LaLiga season, Real Madrid are ready to come back stronger than ever, and they want to kick things off by unveiling the kits they will be wearing during the 2021–2022 season. In fact, we’ve already had a look at both the home kit they’ll wear for matches at the Santiago Bernabéu and the away kit they’ll use for away fixtures, and today we’re going to take a closer look at them.

We will start by looking at the home jersey they’ll be wearing – a very, very classic design, perhaps the most classic of recent times. It’s an all-white kit, very clean and without any additional design elements. We can also see the adidas logo in dark blue and the Real Madrid crest sewn onto the left-hand side of the jersey. Both the shorts and socks are entirely white, although all three items feature the classic adidas three stripes in pink. This is a very bold choice that is sure to be a talking point amongst Real Madrid fans. It is undoubtedly a daring detail that we’ll see again on the away kit.

Let’s now turn our attention to Real Madrid’s new away kit. As we’ve already mentioned, pink features once again, as it is the dominant colour of the jersey. It serves as the base for the blue, which appears in certain details such as the adidas logo and the sponsor’s logo, and can also be seen in the three adidas stripes. The shorts and socks are also pink with some blue detailing.
