The adidas ball for the 2023 Women's World Cup is called Oceaunz, and it pays tribute to the landscapes of the two host countries, Australia and New Zealand.

The artists behind the Oceaunz design are Chern'ee Sutton, an Aboriginal artist, and Fiona Collins, a Māori artist. They were inspired by the continent's unique landscapes, including its rivers, seas and mountains. The design also serves as a reminder of the two host countries.
As FIFA Secretary General Fatma Samoura stated, this ball aims to be a source of inspiration and a symbol of inclusion, diversity and unity. She was referring in particular to the differences between the two host countries and how they came together during the most important event in women's football of all time.
Not only is it a beautifully designed ball, Oceaunz features the latest in football technology to improve performance on the pitch and provide accurate ball data on the field that VAR can utilise in record time.

We are excited to have Oceaunz accompany us during this unique and historic ninth edition of the 2023 Women's World Cup, which will go down in history as the ball of change.
