Designer Stella McCartney and adidas have joined forces on this new exclusive Predator Freak design for Paul Pogba and Wendie Renard, which will be launched on World Vegan Day.

The German brand adidas has always regarded French footballer Paul Pogba as one of its biggest marketing icons. The brand with the three stripes has already released numerous exclusive designs for this footballer, and it looks set to continue doing so.
But this time they’ve gone a step further: whilst it’s true that, up until now, these designs have been collaborations between adidas and the footballer himself, today they’ve surprised us by bringing a third party into the mix – none other than British designer Stella McCartney. We would never have imagined that adidas would enlist the daughter of former Beatle Paul McCartney to design a pair of football boots, but seeing the end result, let’s hope this isn’t the last time this happens.
The specific model in question is the adidas Predator Freak football boot – hardly surprising, given that it’s a design that will be worn by Pogba. What’s more, these football boots carry a social message, as adidas has chosen World Vegan Day to launch them, thereby paying tribute to the vegan community.
The technical specifications are exactly the same as those of the adidas Predator Freak football boots, so we’ll move straight on to discussing what sets these boots apart: the design. The main colour is none other than white, but just because it’s the main colour doesn’t make it the star of the show, as it’s merely a canvas upon which the designer has chosen to capture all the details of these adidas Predator football boots. The animal print is the real star of this exclusive design for Paul Pogba and Wendie Renard, using different shades of blue and green to give the design personality – something the French footballer has in spades.
On the inside, there’s a zebra-print pattern covering the entire upper; conversely, on the outside, a leopard-print pattern adorns these adidas Predator Freak football boots. Moving on to the details, we find an orange colour that adorns both the Demon Skin and the edges of the tongue and Sockfit collar – a colour that fits perfectly with the rest of these football boots, designed exclusively for Paul Pogba and Wendie Renard.
