New adidas Sapphire Pack

The German brand dresses in blue with the new Sapphire Pack. Three different shades for three different ranges, with the main new feature being the launch of Predator Edge. Football pitches around the world will be awash with blue thanks to the adidas Sapphire Pack.

In the 25 days of this year, adidas has already presented two collections. While it is true that the first was a black pack without support on the pitch, this Sapphire Pack arrives to dye the feet of all the brand's players blue. What's more, this collection will go down in history, as it marks the birth of the adidas Predator Edge football boots, the new generation of the brand's flagship product, which we wrote about in a blog post some weeks ago.

Now that they have been mentioned, let's start by talking about the adidas Predator Edge football boots. We won't list the technologies, as we did that in the previous post, so we'll focus on their design, as we'll do with the brand's other two silos. These Predators feature the brightest blue tone of the three models, electric and eye-catching, allowing us to quickly spot players wearing the German brand's striking silo on the pitch.

But it doesn't come alone. Orange, just as vivid, electric and striking as its blue counterpart, is the perfect complement to complete a bold design that will leave no one indifferent. Moving on to the sole, adidas continues to work its magic with this part of the boot. What until a few years ago was an exclusively functional element has become an important part of the design of adidas football boots, with the addition of chrome plating that sets them apart from their competitors.

And speaking of bright, light-filled blue, we move on to another muted and discreet shade. The three-stripe brand has decided to apply an extra touch of sobriety to the adidas Copa Sense football boots, and has done so by using dark blue as the main colour in this design. As we have said on several occasions, there are no rules when it comes to aesthetic tastes, but what is clear is that, commercially speaking, adidas has taken a risky decision by opting for a colour that we are not used to seeing on football boots.

It is true that the adidas Copa Sense football boots have never stood out for their eccentricity, and that the orange trim around the ankle adds a splash of colour and informality, but even so they are the least impressive boots in the new adidas Sapphire Pack

In the heel area, adidas has also sought to break with the seriousness of this design, applying a sky blue colour that gradually darkens as it moves up the heel. The German brand usually does a great job with the colouring on the outer heel of the Copa Sense, and this time is no different, as they have chosen a shade that adds rather than detracts from the overall look of the boot.

And as you may have heard before, good things come to those who wait, which is why we've saved the most beautiful boots in the new Sapphire Pack for last. Of course, these are the adidas X Speedflow football boots, which, as you know, are our favourites among all those currently available on the market.

For this collection, X Speedflow is dyed sky blue, a wonderful colour that looks just as good on a shelf as it does on your feet. It is accompanied by fuchsia pink, in a shade that perfectly complements the main colour. X Speedflow is more than just football boots, it is a concept that involves more than just playing football with them, and this colourway fits perfectly with the essence of the silo.

Finally, white will be used to shade the three adidas stripes, as well as to paint the brand logo found on the inside. It seemed difficult to compete with the X Speedflow from the Meteorite Pack, and then came the Whitespark Pack, which seemed to elevate adidas' speed silo to its maximum aesthetic expression and free them from any kind of competition, but we didn't count on the Sapphire Pack and its beautiful sky blue, capable of fighting for first place with its predecessors.

That's all about the new adidas Sapphire Pack, three different shades of blue to quickly recognise adidas players on the pitch. Of course, they are already available on the Fútbol Emotion website.
