New in: adidas Meteorite Pack

Football teams have already returned to training to kick off their pre-season, and we all know that you go back to school in new shoes. The German brand has decided to pull out all the stops and bring us one of the most striking colourways we can remember, with red taking centre stage, in this new Meteorite Pack. 

Let’s start with the adidas Copa Sense, the leather boot range from the brand with the three stripes. Until now, we’d only seen the Copa Sense in white or black, but adidas has had enough of that. For this Meteorite Pack, the German brand’s leather boots have let their hair down and donned a striking red that’s sure to catch the eye of anyone who comes across them. Moving on to the synthetic part of these adidas Copa Sense football boots, this time we find PrimeKnit in orange, a colour that at first glance we might say doesn’t go with the red of the rest of the upper, but once we see it on the boot, we have to admit it looks absolutely brilliant.

Finally, let’s talk about the sole of these adidas Copa Sense football boots. This plate is attached to the external heel counter and adds the finishing touch of colour to these new Copa Sense boots. We can see how the heel counter starts in a translucent colour, which gradually fades to white until it becomes this colour. This way, it blends perfectly with the three white stripes on the heel of the boot, which are the only corporate detail that adidas features on these natural leather football boots. 

Secondly, let’s talk about the adidas Predator Freak football boots. It has to be said that all the adidas football boots in this Meteorite Pack look incredible, but the Predators are in a league of their own. The feeling you get when you see this mix of red and orange is that these adidas Predators really have come straight out of a meteorite. Aggressive, eye-catching, striking – these aren’t just any Predators, they are the Predators.



We’d also like to highlight adidas’ brilliant decision to feature all the details of these football boots in black. The three stripes on both the inside and outside, as well as the external heel counter, are the perfect finishing touch to this masterpiece from the German brand. Get ready for football pitches around the world to be awash with red thanks to these new adidas Predator Freak boots. 

Last but not least, we’ll be discussing the latest football boots unveiled by adidas: the new adidas X Speedflow. We’ve already published a post focusing exclusively on the new features this boot offers compared to its predecessor, the adidas X Ghosted, so this time we’ll limit ourselves to discussing its appearance. The red on these X Speedflow boots is perhaps the least vibrant of the three colourways, but the German brand’s decision to split the boot into two colours and combine it with white makes this the favourite for many people.



It is worth noting how adidas demonstrates its desire to capture the essence of speed in the design of this new boot, evident in the three stripes on the outer side and the orange lines featured on the white section of the boot. It is difficult to represent such an abstract concept as speed in a football boot, but the adidas design team has managed to achieve this with these new adidas X Speedflow football boots. As a detail, we’d like to make special mention of the sole, undoubtedly the most attractive of the three silos. We know that the chrome finish will fade over time, but just seeing how the light reflects off the boots when they’re brand new makes all the work that went into this plate well worth it.
