Umbro Velocita V – Speed boots

Designed for players who rely on and base their game on multi-directional speed, regardless of where they are on the pitch, the new Umbro Velocita V boot features ‘Memory Flex’, a dynamic fit in the upper that works in tandem with the foot’s natural movement, allowing players to move freely, moving faster and for longer.

A soft neoprene layer covers the top of the foot, wrapping around the high instep and the ankles, creating a perfect fit as it is seamless and, naturally, made from a single piece. The TPU in the outer layer features an auxentic pattern that allows the upper to stretch in all four directions for a dynamic and adaptable fit.

As for the sole, we are once again introducing a new technology: the “Sprint+” sole, made from ultra-lightweight, flexible and durable Pebax, featuring a combination of pyramid-shaped studs designed to improve overall traction, with a particular focus on acceleration and braking – as is the case with all boots “designed” for sprinters.

The contoured heel counter on the outside enhances comfort, providing greater support and protection with every step. We can also see these micro-granules across the entire surface of the sole, which will help with traction and grip on the pitch, particularly on natural grass.
