The best laceless football boots

Today we’re going to tell you about the best slip-on football boots.

As you’ll no doubt know and have seen for yourselves, the current trend in the football boot market is towards laceless models. These modern boots are now the norm, but until relatively recently this wasn’t the case. Just four or five years ago, models of this type didn’t even exist, or were practically unthinkable. However, today they have become commonplace: they are the boots that many young people and players want to wear.

That’s why, today, we’re going to present what we consider to be the best laceless football boots.

The first boots we want to tell you about are from a German brand: adidas. Specifically, we’re referring to the adidas Predator, a legendary model that, a few months ago, took laceless boots to a whole new level.

Why? adidas has managed to incorporate cutting-edge technologies that make this model one of the best options on the market. Of particular note are the small rubber protrusions, known as Predator Elements, which provide excellent grip on the ball.

Furthermore, the upper is made from a highly elastic material that moulds perfectly to the foot. This results in comfortable and secure laceless boots, without compromising on a structure that offers good support and protection.

We now turn to another adidas model: the Copa 20+.

These boots are based on a classic model and one of the all-time bestsellers: the adidas Copa Mundial, although they incorporate some significant differences.

The main one – and the reason they feature in this selection – is that they have no laces. They are made from natural leather and feature stitching that creates small raised patterns on the surface. They also incorporate a small panel of synthetic, stretchy material on the instep, which makes it easier to slip your foot in and simplifies the process of putting them on.

Nike football boots

As a second option, we’d like to introduce a model from Nike. Although technically they aren’t completely laceless boots, they offer a very similar feel. We’re talking about the Nike Phantom Vision.

These are laced boots which, thanks to a technology called Ghost Laces, have their laces concealed beneath a layer of fabric. As the name suggests, this system allows the laces to be hidden away to improve contact with the ball and prevent any discomfort or interference when striking it.

This model also features highly advanced and well-developed technologies, such as Quadfit, a system designed to improve the fit and support of the foot within the boot.

Lotto football boots

As a third option, we’d like to introduce you to a pair of Italian football boots from the Lotto brand, which we’ve seen worn by one of Serie A’s most outstanding full-backs, who plays for the Italian national team: Lazzari.

We’re talking about the Lotto Solista 100 III Gravity. These boots stand out as a top-of-the-range model, also worn by professional footballers, yet at a truly affordable price.

They’re made with a one-piece construction and a very, very stretchy material that allows you to slip your foot in easily, with hardly any effort.
