The Puma Rise Pack

Puma is giving its competitors no respite and, in the space of just one week, we’ve seen a whole host of new football boot collections, all designed to help you get ready for the coming season in the best possible way. The German brand has today unveiled what was to be its collection for EURO 2020: the Puma Rise Pack.

At Fútbol Emotion, we believe that the worst is now behind us and that, little by little and with the utmost caution, we are returning to the sense of normality we knew before the lockdown caused by the pandemic. Everything came to a standstill; the world ground to a halt. However, we managed to overcome one of the most difficult periods of our lives and adapt to this new reality. Football is also gradually resuming, and so the leading brands are taking advantage of this return to launch the football boot collections they had prepared for EURO 2020.

The Puma Rise Pack

Puma’s new football boots do not feature any new technological innovations, but they do stand out thanks to a colour combination full of character. Both models feature two main colours on the upper, whilst the sole boasts a silver-grey finish that further enhances their presence on the pitch. The shell is dominated by a peach shade and a vibrant yellow, strategically used to highlight the boot’s key areas and showcase the technologies it incorporates. With this design, Puma reinvents one of the brand’s most recognisable elements: the ‘Puma Tricks’ concept. This is a collection that the German firm usually reserves for major international competitions, such as the World Cup or the Euro, characterised by the use of different colours on each boot.

The natural leather upper stands out for its softness, which is evident from the very first time you put the boot on. Furthermore, the stitching at the toe helps the premium leather to retain its shape for longer, preventing it from becoming excessively misshapen and thereby reducing the foot’s movement inside the boot.

The evoKNIT collar ensures a perfect fit by completely wrapping around the ankle. Furthermore, the bands that run along the boot from the lacing system to the sole plate reinforce the structure and improve stability, particularly during changes of direction and explosive movements.

The outsole of this football boot features an ultra-lightweight plate made from Pebax, a material renowned for its strength and lightness. The combination of conical and laminated studs provides an excellent balance between traction, stability and speed, delivering outstanding performance during both turns and bursts of acceleration.

Puma’s major innovation lies in the upper. As well as its textile construction, this model features Netfit technology – a mesh that wraps around the entire upper and allows the lacing system to be configured in a variety of ways to achieve a fully personalised fit tailored to each player’s needs.

The combination of the internal support and Netfit technology makes fit and support two of the key features of this boot, providing excellent stability even during the most demanding moments of the game.

Thanks to the versatility offered by the Netfit system, these boots fit seamlessly on players with both wide and narrower feet. Puma has retained the same plate as in the first generation of the Future range, with a configuration of tapered, laminated studs designed to deliver excellent performance on the pitch.
