adidas Predator 20.1 TR, the new Predators for everyday wear

As is customary with this German brand, today we’re going to take a look at the street version of the Predator, which – just like its studded counterpart – has really taken us by surprise. Let’s take a look at the street Predators

With the launch of the new adidas Predator Mutator football boots, the brand with the three stripes has hit the mark once again and brought a true Predator back into the spotlight. Reinforcement features, innovation and a split plate, just like on the classic Predator models, make this boot absolutely brilliant.

Like all major launches, these adidas football boots don’t come on their own – they’re accompanied by their streetwear counterparts. They retain the Predator essence with every step whilst incorporating the very best technologies from the adidas streetwear world.

The shoes are made from the same material as football boots – the same Primkenit and the same layout of seams and internal reinforcements – which ensures we still get that feeling of a snug fit and compression characteristic of Hilo shoes.

If we compare them side by side with football boots, we see only functional differences, as a street shoe requires a slightly wider fit around the foot, with more freedom around the ankle and a slightly more comfortable width. That is why the midfoot area is wider and made from a lighter material, allowing for an optimal fit without compromising the shoe’s Predator essence.

Demonskin also on the streets

Like all adidas Predator boots, the upper features Demonskin, although it is much less aggressive and softer than on the pitch version, as this is a street-style model. The side panels are covered in this material, whilst the central part of the foot is left uncovered for greater comfort.

As with all shoes from the German brand, the sole features Boost technology – a technology that has been part of the adidas range for years and delivers unprecedented results. The comfort of Boost is beyond doubt and allows us to wear the Predator with the same comfort as the best adidas running or street shoes. An excellent choice.

Here are the Predator street shoes, one of adidas’s truly special shoes that lets you carry the Predator aesthetic with every step you take. The Boost technology, the Demonskin, and the aggressive design characteristic of this range combine to create a shoe that will delight anyone who tries it.
