How much is the shipping?

The shipping costs of your order depend on its destination. Our rates are the following:

Which shipping company will deliver my order?

Orders to the UK are shipped with the company DHL. Fútbol Emotion orders that go to Europe are shipped with DHL and UPS. Orders made at Fútbol Emotiongoing to inland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal and Andorra will be shipped by Nacex. Orders going to the Canary Islands will be shipped with E-log. For the rest of the world we will use DHL. You will receive a SMS or email to inform you about your shipping data, any possible incidents and a telephone contact to arrange an urgent delivery.

When will i receive my order?

Orders to the UK are delivered within 1-2 business days from the moment we ship the parcel if the product is in stock and doesn’t have to be customised.

For other destinations, these are the estimated delivery timespans:

Delivery times are calculated according to a 5 working-day week (from Monday to Friday).

No deliveries are carried out on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

Customized products will take around 1-2 more business days to reach you.

However, before completing your order you will be able to see a estimated delivery date of your order.

What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?

Don't worry, the carrier will attempt another delivery. If the incident repeats, you will be contacted to arrange an appointment. Remember that you can provide your work address for an easier delivery.

Where is my order?

At Fútbol Emotion's website we offer you the option of checking the status of your order in real time. To do so, log into your user profile and go to the "My orders" section.

In this section you will be able to consult the status of your order at Fútbol Emotion's warehouse as well as the tracking of the shipping company once the order leaves our facilities. If the order has been sent and you don't receive it within the estimated delivery time, in this section you can consult the phone number of the shipping company with which your order has been sent so you can contact them.

My parcel hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

If your parcel is taking longer than what it was indicated at the moment of making your purchase, get in contact with our Customer Service. They will check the location of your parcel and will request a parcel tracking order.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

If we haven't started to customize or prepare our your order, you can cancel or modify it. To do so, you need get in touch with our Customer Service, clearly stating what changes you want to carry out or wether you want to cancel the order.

The time that goes by between you making the order and us preparing it is usually very short, so you must contact us as soon as possible. We'll make everything we can to comply with your request but we can't guarantee the cancellation or modification of the order.

Large or bulky orders

In the event your order is specially large or bulky, Fútbol Emotion reserves the right of contacting the costumer to rearrange the shipping costs of the order, in order to be recalculated upon the volume of the parcel.
