PLACE AN ORDER
HOW CAN I PURCHASE A PRODUCT?
Purchasing at Fútbol Emotion is very easy and consists of 4 steps:
- Select the products you want to buy by entering into the product description of each item. Choose your size and click the "Add to basket" button.
- Once you have added all the products to the basket you only have to confirm your purchasing order.
- If you are already registered at Fútbol Emotion's website you'll only have to log in. If you're a new user you will need to register here. In order to successfully register you'll be required to correctly fill in all of the mandatory fields such as your personal data, phone number or information about your spot on the field. This information is totally private and in no case will be disclosed to third parties.
- Once you confirm your data the next step is to complete the payment. At Fútbol Emotion we offer you different safe payment methods such as Paypal, credit card, etc. You can check the detailed information of each of our payment options here.
Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your order and from your profile you will be able to track it in real time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO STOCK OF THE PRODUCT I WANT?
In the description of each product you will find information about the availability of each size. If you're making a reservation or purchasing a product that isn't available yet in our warehouse, we'll inform you about the estimated date in which the product will arrive to our warehouse.
In the case the product you're looking for is definitely sold out, contact us and our experts will advice you so you can choose another item that complies with the same functions. Fútbol Emotion counts with hundreds of different options prepared to satisfy all of your demands.
We always check our stock, however, it can exceptionally happen that a product sells out in the moment you’re making your purchase. If this happens after you have placed your order, we'll contact you via email to provide a solution.
When will I receive my order once I reserve a product?
When you reserve a product that isn't yet in our warehouse, we'll let you know about the estimated date of arrival of the product to our warehouse. As soon as it arrives, we'll immediately prepare your order and ship it to you within our usual estimated delivery timespans. Take into account that if you choose to customize your product you would need to add 1-2 business days to the estimated delivery time of your order.
Can I refuse the delivery of my order?
Take into account that if you decide to refuse the delivery of your order, all of the costs related to this refusal (for example: shipping and returns costs, custom taxes, etc) will be your responsibility. In the case the orders contains a customized product, we won't be able to refund its value.
