Guarantees

The guarantee of the products you will find at Fútbol Emotion through the website https://www.futbolemotion.com imply that:

a) The product will be delivered in perfect conditions and in the requested quantity.

b) The product will adjust to the characteristics indicated by the manufacturer as established in the Website or in the product description in the moment you place the order.

Porteromania S.L. will do its best to deliver the products in optimal conditions. Nevertheless, in the case you receive a product which might be faulty; you must keep it in the current conditions so our technicians can check it, in a reasonable time period. In case it is a faulty product, the seller will proceed, as corresponds, to the repair, exchange, price reduction or resolution of the contract. This process will be free both for the customer and user. The seller will respond to the non-compliance matters in a period of two years, starting from the delivery day. The customer has to let the seller know he is non-compliance in a timespan of two months starting from the day this was acknowledged. This clause applies accordingly to the nature of the traded goods.

To activate the warranty it’s necessary to present:

  • Porteromania S.L. purchase invoice.
  • At all times, the serial number of the faulty product shall correspond to the record of the files owned by Porteromania S.L..
  • The warranty will start the same day of the delivery and acceptance of the order.
If, as established by the contract, you want us to repair or exchange the product or a refund of the paid amount, you must make sure the product:

a) It has not been used incorrectly or negligently, has not been handled improperly or recklessly and has not been subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions. In this regard, manufacturing defects will not be considered but rather incorrect use and/or wear caused by normal use:

A.1 ) Any customized product washed with corrosive chemicals.

A.2) Any personalized product washed without following the manufacturer's instructions. Example: Wash at more than 30ºC.

A.3) Any product that has not followed proper maintenance. More information in our material guide section.

A.4) Any damage produced as a result of a wrong choice of size. Example: goalkeeper glove with unstitched seams or boots with open toes. More information in our material guide section.

b) It has not been involved in any accident or has been damaged when trying to repair or modify it. In this regard, manufacturing defects will not be considered but rather incorrect use and/or wear caused by normal use:

B.1) Any damage produced as a fortuitous consequence of the game. Example: erosions in the shell of the boot due to abrasion with the field, damage to the shell caused by stepping on it or erosion of the latex by abrasion with the field.

c) It has not been used in a manner contrary to what is established by the manufacturer in the Product instructions. In this regard, manufacturing defects will not be considered but rather incorrect use and/or wear caused by normal use:

C.1) Any damage to FG stud football boots (recommended for use on dry natural grass pitches) used on synthetic grass, regardless of the number of uses. More information in our material guide section.

d) It has not deteriorated due to natural wear and tear after receipt. More information in our material guide section.

e) In the case of goalkeeper gloves, it must be borne in mind that the palm of said gloves is made of natural latex. The extreme softness of this material influences its duration to the point that dragging the palm across the ground, even during its first use, can cause erosion of the latex. Goalkeeper gloves maintain their grip and cushioning properties until the erosion of the palm is approximately 75%. More information in our material guide section.

f) It presents a defect that affects the security normally offered by the other copies of the same series. In this regard, aesthetic defects will not be considered manufacturing defects and the right of withdrawal must be used, if applicable.

g) It presents a defect that affects the security normally offered by the other copies of the same series. In this regard, neither aesthetic damage nor the fact that a product produces scratches will be considered as manufacturing defects and the right of withdrawal must be used, if applicable.

h) The product has not been altered or an attempt has been made to fix it personally or in an establishment prior to the claim of the defect.

In the event that the Product does not meet any of the aforementioned requirements, we can decide, at our discretion, not to repair or replace the Product or to refund the amount paid and/or we can ask you to reimburse all transport and revision costs arising according to current standard rates. To carry out said refund, we can charge the aforementioned costs to your credit or debit card account or use the payment details provided when placing the Order. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages or expenses that may result from the process.
