New AC Milan 2021/22 home kit
The new design of this jersey retains Milan’s traditional red and black stripes, although this time they vary in width and are arranged in a more symmetrical pattern. It is a concept that once again highlights the creative balance so characteristic of the city, where tradition and modernity coexist.
According to AC Milan’s chief revenue officer, Casper Stylsvig: “The club is proud to unveil, for the first time, a kit that will be worn by both the men’s and women’s first teams.” It is clear, then, that this new PUMA jersey aims to capture the true essence of Milan: a unique blend of football, fashion and culture that sets both the city and the club apart.
To arrive at the final design for this new jersey, the “Move Like Milan” initiative, the sports brand PUMA and AC Milan enlisted the support of three fashion and design universities in Milan, collaborating on joint workshops and masterclasses.
As for the manufacturing process, this new AC Milan home jersey is made from 100% recycled polyester and features PUMA’s dryCELL thermoregulation technology, which ensures an optimal fit and excellent freedom of movement, keeping the player dry and comfortable at all times. It also features an ultra-lightweight jacquard weave on the back to enhance breathability.
