There were only a few jerseys left on the Fútbol Emotion website to complete the 21/22 collection, and now there are even fewer! We’re delighted to announce that jerseys for Fiorentina, Sampdoria and Udinese will also be available.

To mark the occasion, let’s take a look at our top 5 picks for the best Serie A jerseys of the 21/22 season.

5) Genoa

In fifth place is the Genoa jersey, a simple yet spectacular kit. We see the classic red and blue colours dividing the jersey in two. Kappa, the kit sponsor whom we’ll also look at later, has chosen to pay tribute to the city by incorporating a very special pattern in chiaroscuro: the city map. In this way, the jersey brings the players even closer to the Ligurian region, uniting players, city and jersey in a single garment.

4) Bologna

It’s not every day you see an Italian brand standing out against the likes of Nike or adidas. Well, yes, folks, Macron is the brand that sponsors the most teams in Italy. Obviously, every club under this technical sponsor has an exceptional kit, steeped in tradition and history, such as Bologna’s, which definitely makes my top 5. The Italian brand has chosen a kit that represents the streets of Bologna, the true essence of the city, and that’s why it decided to include the bricks of its city walls as a decorative motif. A spot-on choice that puts it in the top 4 Serie A jerseys.

3) Fiorentina

Inspired by the purple jersey Baggio wore in the 1980s, Fiorentina’s home kit is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful ever. The horizontal white stripe with the sponsor’s logo inside gives the jersey an even more vintage feel, evoking many memories of the past. The detail that catches the eye most is the crest, also revived from the one used in the 1980s. A blend of history, tradition and culture are the main reasons why the Viola jersey is on the podium.

2) Inter Milan

Following the departure of several stars such as Lukaku, Hakimi and manager Conte, Inter Milan seemed destined to fall apart, but that wasn’t the case. A resilient and courageous Inter side has shown that it’s still in the running and has taught us all that it’s still capable of fighting for the Scudetto. To showcase the full strength of the Nerazzurri club, Nike unveiled a jersey with a simply fantastic design. For the 2021/22 season, the American brand wanted to pay tribute to the ‘biscione’, the historic snake that represents the club. The jersey’s design is inspired precisely by the skin and scales of this reptile.

1) Hellas Verona

First up are Macron and Hellas Verona. The Verona side’s kit is, without a doubt, the most attractive. It combines very vibrant shades of blue and yellow. On the front, there is a chiaroscuro pattern depicting the city. It also pays tribute to Dante, the great poet, who took refuge in Verona after being exiled from his native Florence. ⚽
