We remain a leading name in goalkeeper training; over 400 goalkeepers have been trained by the best goalkeeping coaches under the Futbol Emotion Academy banner. Goalkeeping coaches from youth academies such as those of Celta de Vigo, Málaga, Sevilla and Numancia, and even from international teams, have helped many goalkeepers to continue their training using the Futbol Emotion Academy method.
As well as thanking all the coaches and coordinators who have once again done a brilliant job with all the youngsters who took part, we’d like to give a special mention to those professional goalkeepers who popped into various venues to spend some time training with the goalkeepers. Juan Carlos, Gaizka and Taliby in Soria, Noelia Gil and Noelia Ramos in Seville, Alberto in Córdoba and Sara Serrat in Huelva (the latter even coordinated the clinic in Huelva) are just some of the role models the youngsters have been able to look up to, helping to round off their training. And even some professional goalkeepers who were unable to attend arranged to raffle off their own gloves amongst the participants. David Soria of Getafe and Serantes of Leganés are just a couple of examples.
