The leagues are coming to an end, but that doesn't mean football is over. The Women's EURO is this summer's star tournament, a competition hosted by the United Kingdom, and we have high expectations for our national team. Today, adidas presents the Showdown Pack, a collection that we will see during the final league matches and the Women's EURO, worn only by a select few players chosen by the brand.
Before you ask about the adidas Copa Sense football boots, in this collection the brand with the three stripes has decided to leave them aside to focus on its two synthetic silos. The common denominator between both models is the colour red, which, although it is much more prominent in X, also plays a fundamental role in the design of the adidas Predator Edge football boots.
Speaking of each silo separately, we will start with the adidas X Speedflow football boots. The German brand's most minimalist silo is almost entirely red, and we say almost because black and gold accompany the main colour with significant prominence. Black is used to colour the central area of the boots. It starts at the heel, covering it, and travels from that area through the ankle and instep, ending at the toe.
But if there is one secondary colour that really stands out in the overall design, it is undoubtedly gold. We find it in different places, such as the legendary three stripes that are so representative of the brand. Inside, we also find gold details in the form of fine lines, but if there is one area where this colour makes a difference, it is the outer heel counter and the sole. It is no secret that adidas makes the best soles on the market aesthetically speaking, but in this case they go one step further thanks to the fact that the colour is perfect for applying that chrome finish that the brand works so well with.
Let's change to another silo: adidas Predator Edge football boots. The German brand's darling is dressed in white, a colour that has always suited it perfectly and, accompanied by red and black, slightly reminds us of those Predator Mania Champagne boots that many of us still haven't gotten over. If there's one thing that grates on us about this new Predator colourway, it's the use of black in the Primeknit area, but we are talking about an aesthetic element and, as we've said several times before, there's no accounting for taste.
As for the colour red, adidas has once again worked its magic with this shade, giving the three stripes a different finish and greater prominence to the ribs, a distinctive feature in the functionality of the adidas Predator Edge football boots. For this collection, the German brand has decided to limit production to just three versions, +, .1 and .1 Low, focusing solely on the high-end ranges.
This is the new adidas Showdown Pack, the latest collection from the brand with the three stripes, now available both in stores and on the Fútbol Emotion website.
Today, we're going to take a look at a special top list. We'll be talking about boots that have dropped in price and are now available at crazy cheap prices thanks to some great discounts. Let's find out more!
