Let’s start with the adidas Edge of Darkness pack, which is absolutely brilliant – an all-black look for the adidas X Speedflow and the Copa Sense.
The ultra-soft Copa leather is dyed entirely black, giving it a look that blends perfectly with the German brand’s most iconic silhouette. As for the X, undoubtedly our favourite boot of 2021, the red, white and blue detailing combined with the black ultimately gives us one of the most beautiful colourways, in my opinion, that this silhouette has ever had. And what about the Predator, right? Well, we can’t tell you anything about that just yet.
Lifestyle
Let’s start with the new shoes from Le Coq Sportif – a brilliant pair with a really comfortable sole, perfect for any time of day. We’ve also received the new Paris x Jordan collection, dominated by green and a real treat for the eyes, whichever way you look at it. A brilliant collection that’s now available on the Fútbol Emotion website.
We’re continuing with the adidas Teamgeist collection, a retro range from the German brand featuring T-shirts, trousers and many more items, all imbued with that Teamgeist vibe that’s simply brilliant.
Accessories
Next up are the G-form shin guards, a limited edition featuring a radical design that’s rarely seen on modern shin guards.
What’s more, its tubular design means you don’t need to use the usual tape to keep them from slipping down, as they’re attached to the fabric. The pods that give the shin guard its shape harden on impact, ensuring maximum comfort without compromising on fit. A flawless choice.
Goalkeeper gloves
Let's continue with a new collection of SP gloves: the CHR collection, featuring a new colour scheme for all the brand's gloves.
With a subtle pop of colour for each one, adding a special touch to every pair.
Futsal shoes
When it comes to 40x30 pitches, we have Nike’s new Small Sided pack, featuring the American brand’s three star models, with the new Nike Street Gato standing out from the rest.
The new Street Gato trainers offer style, grip and versatility in a shoe that’s perfect for everyday wear. A real treat from Nike.
Football boots
We finish with football boots: the new Puma King RD football boot, named in honour of Puma’s founder Rudolf Dassler, featuring a white colourway with gold detailing that adds a brilliant retro touch.
Continuing with Nike, who set out to take our breath away with the reissue of their first football boot, the Nike 1971, and they succeed. They’ve produced a remake that’s strictly faithful to the original; whilst they might not be suitable for playing in today, they certainly make for a unique collector’s item.
As for adidas, what can we say about the Predator Pulse? It’s a simply spectacular reissue that is undoubtedly one of the best football boots of 2021, offering the best of both worlds in terms of style and performance. You couldn’t ask for much more.
And that wraps up our round-up for December – a month packed with new releases that’s the perfect way to round off a brilliant year. See you in our next posts with the latest releases for 2022.
